as always I love the Charles and will return again!
Awesome spot, easy in and out. Parking is pretty close and wasn't an issue. <br/>The view was alright nothing crazy. TV was nice and well sized for the area. Would stay again.
Nice place and great location to visit SLC and the university. Walk downtown and right by the Trax. Comfortable and clean with nice touches like coffee, etc... Host is very responsive. Only negative, not much the host can do and is shown in the pictures, is the view as it faces a large billboard and gas station - is OK but makes the nice balcony kind of a bummer. Parking is also on the opposite corner of the building. Maybe "opulent" is a stretch, just nice, new, convenient and comfortable.
It was everything and more that was expected! I have stayed in many places- the best!<br/>The only one thing I would say is , it would have been nice to have foil, baggies, and film wrap. I can’t wait to come back!<br/>Thank you!

Comfortable clean apartment near many walkable amenities.
Condo is central to downtown and close to the salt palace.
We were very happy with our stay. The house was the perfect size for our mismatch party of five, grandma, daughter, 2 teens and a child. The steps were a challenge for grandma, and our youngest (handicapped) but we were well aware that would be the case beforehand and the proximity of the trains, but we did not mind. My son lives in Salt Lake City and we love the city in the summer especially in the evening for walking around downtown. We were close to I-15 for a short trip north to Lagoon for the teens, they also enjoyed the bowling and finally the pool on the last morning of our stay. When we arrived the house felt cool after a humid drive and we were able to catch the end of a World Cup soccer game in overtime on the huge tv. Thank you ☺️ just what we needed for our quick SLC getaway 😎!
